In the shop the balance is paid in CASH AND ZELLE ONLY.

• Please you have 24 hours to reschedule your appointment before the original appointment time, after 24 hours the option to reschedule will not be accepted, please cancel and make a new one (the deposit is not refundable).

A 35 minutes late the appointment will be considered cancelled if you do not call, do not show up, or do not make another future reservation.

DEAR COSTUMER ONCE YOU LEAVE THE SHOP, BRAIDS CAN ONLY BE FIXED AFTER 5 DAYS, AFTER THAT, NO COMPLAINTS ALLOWED.

Please use Expression for best result on braiding styles, clients may decide to use other brands at their own risk, I prefer Expression due to the texture and better response to hot water. Hair available in EXPRESSION OUTRE colors: 1, 1b, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, 33. An additional $25 is paid for the hair provided.

You can choose to bring your own human hair or synthetic hair if you prefer. For boho braids, 3 types of good quality hair that some clients have used are:

1-Ibiza (Spanish curl)

2-Freetress (boho deep)

3-Milky Way (deep bulk) or any other type

• If you have another braiding style in mind that isn't listed, please feel free to ask questions and send pictures to check availability. New styles are released every day so I may not have everything listed, but we do have most styles.

Sometimes braids can take more or less time than expected depending on the thickness and length of the client's hair.

Please, if there is a style you want and you don't see it mentioned below, you can write and send the image of what you want
